Vox - Farnham Chamber Choir is a group of 25 singers based in the town of Farnham, Surrey, UK. We rehearse at the church of St Thomas-on-The Bourne, in south Farnham, with its lovely acoustic.

The choir was founded by Robert Taylor in 2002 to make cathedral visits, but this quickly developed into performing concerts. With our musical director, Robert Lewis, we perform a wide range of a capella and accompanied music from the renaissance and romantic periods through to works of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including clever arrangements of jazz, popular songs and folksongs.

Vox has sung services at a number of cathedrals, including Winchester, Chichester, Southwark, Portsmouth, Guildford and at St George’s Chapel, Windsor.

Vox usually performs three concerts a year and is available for special occasions, such as weddings and carol concerts and can provide music in a mix of styles from the serious to the lighter side.

We welcome enquiries from anyone with some singing experience, who enjoys singing in four-part harmony.
