Pilates Max

PilatesMax offer small friendly Pilates classes in Farnham and now we're online via Zoom. Focused on the individual goals of each client, PilatesMax classes aim to be fun and inclusive, with each session providing a full body workout based on Joseph Pilates method and principles. Classes focus on core strength for improved posture, deep breathing techniques for physical and mental wellbeing, spinal health, and muscle and joint function to improve range of movement. We aim for you to leave each class feeing fabulous.
