Big School Tutoring

Andy Morse set up Big School tutoring in 2010 to assist children and teenagers who have Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, Neurodiversity, School Anxiety or School Refusal. Andy trained on the Helen Arkell Centre Laser Level 3 course and worked for two terms as a Teaching Assistant in South Farnham & Beacon Hill School. Andy is particularly interested in assisting students with Dyspraxia (which he has himself).

In recent years, Andy has developed teaching methods and resources designed to be fun and engaging. His approach is deliberately different from traditional school education with an emphasis on adults and children working side by side, listening and learning from each other, acknowledging the mistakes and celebrating the successes, building confidence and reducing anxiety.
