Farnham Fireworks & Torchlit Procession

New Look

This year Farnham Park will be open from 5pm, with a new look Food Village for young families wanting to eat early. The Food Village will include Mossley and Bow fish and chips, wood fired pizza from Britaliano, Indian street food from Sprinkle of Saffron, Greek grill from YiaYia’s, a GnT and Prosecco bar, and coffee from the Coffee Can, amongst many others.

Entertainment will be laid on throughout the evening, starting at 5pm, including live music, Taiko youth drumming group, a compere from Frimley Hospital Radio, live band Late To The Party, and fire performers!

The Reading Pipers Band will lead the torchlit procession from Central Car Park, up Castle Street, and to the park entrance. Heading the procession will be the Mayor of Farnham, the Farnham Round Table Chairman, and local key workers (including teachers, medics, vaccine centre volunteers, emergency services, and their families).

Timeline

The Procession will leave Central Car Park at 6pm. Torches and glow novelties will be on sale in the car park.

Local schools will again enter our guy competition, which will be judged by the Mayor before the bonfire is lit at 7:15pm.

The fireworks display begins at 7:45pm, following a countdown led by local key workers.
