RPA Real Pale Ale 3.7%
A light fruity English Pale Ale made in a traditional style with all English hops. Slight malty flavour gives way to fruity, mildly spicy & citrus tastes. The subtle aroma & lingering bitterness comes from the Goldings hop. RPA relating to our IT background stands for Robotic Process Automation.
i.PA India Pale Ale 5.3%
A single hopped IPA, using an English hop, Endeavour. It has a complex blackcurrant, loganberry & spice aroma with flavour inherited from Cascade, light citrus grapefruit and lime notes i.PA relating to our IT background stands for inter Personal Assistant.
USB Universal Special Bitter 4.2
Brewed in a traditional style, it is a refreshing, full bodied best bitter containing all English hops Pilgrim & Northdown. USB has a caramel/malty flavour accentuated by Pilgrim hops which give a deep fruit/berry aroma & a well-rounded bitterness which lingers to the finish, while Northdown hops provide a distinctive spicy, fresh, floral and berry notes. CAB Choc & Black Porter 6.3%
A rich chocolate and dark porter at 6.3%, crafted with a blend of Chocolate malt, Crystal malt & Maris Otter pale ale malt provide a smooth roasted coffee / dark chocolate flavour. i.PL India Pale Light 3.2%
A light coloured, lighter alcohol ale with a delicate spice aroma. It has a subtle fruity start which evolves into a balanced hoppy finish characteristic of an IPA. i.PL relating to our IT background stands for Initial Program Load.
GDA Greena Donna Ale 3.9%
A beautifully golden ale, green hopped with Prima Donna Hops, added to the brew on the same day they were harvested by the Farnham Hoppers. A seasonal one off. It has a well rounded bitterness with a fresh (green) citrus spice aroma and fruity hop hints. A perfect ale to see the year out. GDA relating to our IT background stands for Graphic Display Adaptor.
NAC Natural Apple Cider 6.6%
Apples crushed to extract their juice, fermented directly in the casks with yeasts naturally present on the apples. Nothing added or taken away from the cask. A dry, slightly tart cider with prominent apple flavour & aroma. NAC relating to our IT background stands for Network Access Control.
PDA Premium Dark Amber 4.5%
A dark amber beer full of dusky, hoppy & dark malt flavours. Single hopped with First Gold provides an ethereal balance between flavour & bitterness.
