Newly converted cottage in the garden of a family home. Downstairs living space, upstairs bedroom and en-suite shower room. Convenient location in beautiful area - private parking and walkable to station and town centre.

The space
Self-contained cottage in garden of family home. Downstairs living area with 2 sofas, smart TV and sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Please note there is no oven or washing machine.

Upstairs bedroom has a super king bed. This can be rearranged as 2 singles - please just give us a bit of notice as it requires moving the furniture around! En-suite shower room. Velux windows have blackout blinds.

There's no cooked breakfast but the cottage will be stocked with fresh bread or croissants, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter and jam.

I can usually be flexible about check in/check out time (depending on bookings before and after) - please just ask!

There is a patio and bench directly outside the cottage and you can also take the chairs outside if these are more comfortable. You are very welcome to enjoy the garden - this is our family garden so we may also be using it!
