Private Room 2 in South Farnham House - Airbnb

Our Sweet Pea guest room which can be arranged as a single, double or twin, depending on what you need. It has a wash basin, table, chairs, storage unit and hooks/ hangers for clothes.

Sweet Pea is on the third floor, which is for private use by guests, so it is very peaceful, but we're on hand downstairs to help you if needed.

Guest kitchenette is provided on ground floor.

We're a 10-15 mins walk from Farnham town/station

For groups of 3-4 please book both this room AND our Fern Room.

The space
Hospitality tray provided in bedroom, equipped with everything you'll need for drinks. We also provide breakfast- the choice will vary, but will always include your choice from homemade bread/ toast, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit and cereals

Guest access
Bedroom, bathroom with shower/ bath and a separate toilet, all on the same floor, which is for guests only (we live on the floors below).
On the landing between the two guest rooms is a desk and chair which you can use if you need to work or study when you're staying with us.
